Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker Assist. to join our bakery team. The role focuses on following proprietary recipes to produce high-quality cakes and support production demands.

You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, prepare ingredients, monitor baking times, package finished cakes, and help keep the workstation clean and organized for the next shift. Beginners welcome; flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Is able to understand written and oral directions and recipes.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable operating bakery equipment and measuring ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Utilize measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and bake cakes, monitor baking progress.
• Package, label and store cakes; maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
• Assist in inventory and cleaning; ensure readiness for next shift.
