Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively for excellent customer service, be flexible to business needs, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, operate and maintain equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications...
