Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with team members, and seeking continuous improvement.
