Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and manage equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop and mentor others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
