Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with other associates, you will ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes and safety standards, operate equipment, and manage inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates, adopting new technologies as needed.
4. Be an Owner: Oversee bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, and support team development.

Benefits
