Paris Baguette Mansfield is seeking a talented Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The right candidate will bring passion for caking and pastry arts, and a strong portfolio to showcase diverse designs.

You will prepare and decorate cakes to customer specs, create edible decorations, and collaborate with clients for weddings and events while maintaining high standards and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven Cake Decorator with a portfolio of designs.
• Experience with icing, fondant, and various decorating techniques.
• Ability to replicate designs from pictures and customize designs as per request.
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Craft various edible decorations using icing, fondant, and other decoration tools.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to understand requirements for weddings, birthdays, and other events.
• Ensure all decorations are completed with quality and detail within set timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Keep inventory of decorating supplies and place orders as necessary.
• Continuously learn and implement new decorating techniques.
