Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and take cake orders by phone or in person.
• Assist customers with product selections and upsell where appropriate.
• Decorate cakes following visual training aids (VTAs) for quality results.
• Write on cakes with icing as requested and ensure daily production list is followed.
• Ensure cake products meet quality standards before display on the sales floor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and proper equipment operation.
