Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills necessary for taking orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take cake orders by phone or in person with high accuracy.
• Provide superior customer service and answer product questions.
• Decorate cakes using proper techniques per visual training aids (VTAs).
• Prepare, package, merchandise, and rotate fresh bakery items daily.
• Ensure quality control and sanitation in all duties and production flow.
