Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, basic math for portioning, and ability to stand for long periods. HS diploma or GED and 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of cake decorating or food service experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and equipment including scales and label machines.
• Strong customer service skills - Required.

• Planning and organizing skills - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and take cake orders accurately.
• Apply decorating techniques to produce quality cakes and pastries per VTAs.
• Read and execute daily production lists for cake flow.
• Ensure quality control before sending products to sales floor.
• Maintain sanitation and comply with food safety standards.
