Off The Hook is a Cajun fast-casual dining concept seeking a reliable Kitchen Support crew member. You will wash dishes, maintain spotless work areas and assist in keeping the kitchen organized to support timely meal preparation.

The role requires energy, teamwork, and commitment to food safety in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are 16+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have some college.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes at a high-quality that meet our restaurant's standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
