Applicants must be at least 16, have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete company training, and be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for training.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook training programs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes at a high-quality that meet our restaurant's standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy.
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests.
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
