• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy.
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests.
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
