Job summary

Off The Hook Restaurants is hiring for a dishwashing/kitchen support role in a fast-paced Cajun kitchen. You will help maintain a clean, organized workspace, assist with food prep and overall kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality dishes and guest experiences.

The role requires detail-oriented, organized individuals who can work evenings, weekends, and possibly travel for training. Minimum age 16 and HS diploma or equivalent are required, with company training provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and travel for work-related functions and training.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes to high-quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with a high level of energy.
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food to prevent contamination.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions to management.
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks.
