Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; or two to four years of related customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions to manage the Cage department on assigned shift.
• Exercises good judgment in reviewing internal Audit findings and implements corrective action within the limits of established policies.
• Provides a high level of guest service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Develops departmental procedures and policies to ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.
• Investigates shortages and errors; recommends and implements corrective action to protect company assets.
• Analyzes guest counts and trends to determine necessary staffing levels.
• Ensures all departmental staff is trained on policies, procedures, and methods.
• Responds to guest complaints or problems and ensures corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.
