Job summary

Parkwest Casino is seeking a Cage Assistant Shift Supervisor to oversee the main cage operations and ensure secure cash handling for the gaming floor. You will supervise cashiers, enforce policies, and maintain transaction accuracy while delivering friendly guest service.

Must pass background checks and be at least 21, with flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends. Knowledge of Title 31 regulations and strong organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate basic math and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and accountability of company funds located in the cage during a shift.
• Supervise cashiers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; report infractions.
• Display guest care: greet, observe needs, and build connections daily.
• Be proactive in offering help; maintain a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31 regulations and internal controls.
