Fancy Dance Casino is seeking a Cage Cashier Supervisor to oversee cash handling and balance procedures in a fast-paced casino environment. You will lead cage staff, ensure accuracy of exchanges, and uphold Title 31 and internal policies with strict adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Understanding of Title 31 regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash handling and balance daily funds with supervisors.
• Provide guidance and direction to assigned operations personnel.
• Investigate and resolve daily balancing discrepancies between Soft Count and Finance.
• Manage scheduling, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Balance and record assigned funds at shift start and end with accuracy.
