Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Cage Supervis or to oversee staff on a designated shift and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise daily activities, balance cash operations, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent required; or two to four years of related customer service experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and overall daily management of a designated shift in the Cage department.
• Support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Create schedules, maintain labor costs, meet staffing objectives, and achieve guest satisfaction.
