Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated, operator of Turfway Park Racing & Gaming, seeks a Cage Shift Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role oversees Cage, Main Bank, Vault and Kiosk operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and compliance while supporting Player Services and marketing-related activities.

The candidate will lead by example with a focus on customer service and integrity, coordinating with Cage management and staff to maintain smooth, compliant operations across the gaming floor.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards cage assets and ensures adherence to policies.
• Monitors cage activities for regulatory compliance.
• Assists Cage Manager with hiring and scheduling personnel.
• Guides staff and conducts performance reviews for assigned personnel.
• Implements department policies in line with internal controls and regulations.
• Reviews departmental reports for accuracy.
• Verifies and handles cash/coins during operations and deposits.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
