Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive gaming or casino cage experience or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of three years of management experience supervising leaders.
• Thorough knowledge of gaming cash operations, internal controls, and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all Cage Department operations across all shifts.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Cage Leadership and team members.
• Develop departmental goals, operating procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain security and integrity of all financial transactions and ensure compliance.
• Review cash variances, investigations, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Monitor department KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop Cage staff and leaders.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports.
