Job summary

The Seminole Gaming cage operations team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure accurate record keeping, prepare, review and analyze reports, and support the Shift Manager in daily cage activities, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

You will assist with scheduling, planning, timing and supervision for the cage department during the shift, enforce strict procedures, maintain attention to detail, handle guest and colleague communication, and adapt to a fast-paced back-of-house

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Associate degree preferred with 2–4 years casino cage experience.
• At least 1 year in a cage supervisor role or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy for extended periods.
• Strong math skills with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
