Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a cage supervisor responsible for accurate record keeping and supervising the cage department during shifts. You will assist the Shift Manager with scheduling, planning and timing to ensure smooth operations on busy casino floors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–4 years of cage experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred; 2–4 years of casino cage experience with at least 1 year in a cage supervisor role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow strict procedural guidelines.
• Strong math skills for all units of measure.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain visual attention and concentration for extended periods.
