Qualifications

• Six months’ cash handling experience preferred; experience handling large amounts of money.
• Excellent math skills, including addition and subtraction.
• Basic computer skills.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle large sums of money including validating tickets for guests, distributing cash to team members for jackpots and hand-pays, processing and verifying travelers' checks, approving and cashing checks, and cash advance services.
• Maintain an accurate count of banks.
• Perform regular cash buys to the Cage Supervisor.
• Issue and redeem chips; process chip fills and credits.
• Follow all departmental and state policies and procedures.
