Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking Front Desk Clerks for Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. You will greet guests, handle registrations, and coordinate with housekeeping while delivering excellent customer service.

Roles are full-time and part-time with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible schedules. Cash handling, balance daily figures, and guest issue resolution are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone; previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask; function professionally under pressure from guests and supervisors.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork
• Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed
• Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Front Desk Clerk, you must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused when addressing guests, so making a great impression is key.

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour
