Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and supervise cafeteria food quality and presentation.
• Coordinate lunch and breakfast service with the educational program.
• Schedule catering staff to cover events and manage budgetary controls.
• Oversee sanitation and HACCP record-keeping.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels for daily operations and events.
• Train and supervise catering staff and ensure safe food handling.
• Prepare catering invoices and ensure proper markup on food, supplies, and labor costs.
