Job summary

The role includes assisting with food preparation, serving students and staff, and adhering to HACCP protocols while ensuring proper portion control and inventory practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow standardized recipes to meet nutritional guidelines.

• Perform mathematical tasks and use basic math in production.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and educational agencies.
• Maintain daily production records and temperature logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines with utensils and foods; serve on the line.
• Prepare food according to the planned menu and tested recipes.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and及时 corrections.
• Assist with food preparation as instructed by supervisor.
• Record daily temperatures in refrigerators/freezers.
