Enterprise City Schools in Enterprise, AL is seeking a Child Nutrition Program Lunchroom Manager to direct and supervise the daily operations of the school nutrition program. You will lead staff, ensure proper food preparation, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced cafeteria setting.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate menus with the district.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Child Nutrition Program preferred.
• Possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under Alabama Child Protection Act.

Responsabilidades

• Works cooperatively with principal and supervisors to implement goals and provide data.
• Supervises preparation and service of food according to daily menu.
• Maintains records for personnel, finances, inventories, and purchasing of food and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with health laws, regulations, and USDA Meal Pattern Plan.
• Instructs and supervises CNP staff, ensuring safe operation of equipment and proper portions.
• Oversees storeroom security and cleanliness of kitchen/dining areas.
• Develops and maintains recipes and training for CNP personnel.
• Posts and adjusts menus to accommodate commodity arrivals and vendor issues.
• Reports issues and participates in committees as required.
