Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in institutional or school cafeteria environments preferred.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Knowledge of POS and management systems is required.
• Knowledge of nutrition analysis applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform.
• Coordinate ordering of foods, supplies, and inventory.
• Maintain inventory and storage procedures.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with menu coordination and meal planning analysis.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise daily tasks.
