Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Seven years of experience in large quantity food production, preferably in a school setting.
• Must maintain a current food service manager certification in food safety and sanitation.
• A ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Opens kitchen, unlocks and checks equipment.
• Schedules employee work hours for efficient cafeteria operation.
• Provides instructions for daily duties and supervises food preparation and serving line.
