Baldwin County Schools seeks a Child Nutrition Program Assistant Manager to supervise CNP staff, assist in menus, inventories, and daily kitchen operations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adherence to health standards to provide nutritious meals for students and staff.

The incumbent will support the CNP Manager, maintain records, ensure safety, and engage with students and the school community to uphold high service quality.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Child Nutrition Program preferred.
• Knowledge of Child Nutrition Program guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to meet suitability criteria under Alabama Child Protection Act.
• Ability to use technology as required to perform job responsibilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist in supervision and development of assigned personnel.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, organization, collaboration and planning skills.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Ability to complete annual continuing education training per USDA.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
