Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Language: ability to read, write, and present information.
• Mathematical: basic arithmetic and percentages for meal counting.
• Reasoning: follow instructions and solve simple problems.
• Machines/Tools: familiar with kitchen equipment and counting software.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and maintain temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu and recipes; plan ahead for next day.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and utensils.
• Manage inventory and FIFO practices.
• Bake breads and goods as required by the menu.
• Serve items with correct portions and hospitality.
• Follow HACCP and keep daily food safety logs.
