Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic memory and record-keeping.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and menus.
• Willingness to follow recipes and kitchen procedures precisely.
• Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment with proper training.
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness per HACCP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure foods are held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in food prep according to menu plans and recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO inventory.
• Assist with dishwashing and utensil/restocking duties as needed.
• Present baked goods and serve customers with hospitality.
