Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Vail, Colorado, seeks a Cook II for the Employee Cafeteria to provide exceptional, staff-focused dining.

You will support Sous Chefs, assist in menu planning and preparation, handle mise en place, inventory, and ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards of quality and safety.

Requires 1+ year culinary experience, knife skills, English fluency, and ability to lift 50 lbs; full-time, on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years culinary experience or related work; cooking school or culinary institute education preferred.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English; must have work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chefs in day-to-day operation of the Employee Cafeteria.
• Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
• Maintain mise en place and station setup; ensure quality in production and presentation.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized; operate and clean equipment.
