This position plays an important part in delivering a positive dining experience through consistent food quality, safe kitchen practices, and efficient service. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized work station during service.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency throughout preparation and plating.
• Support efficient kitchen operations by communicating effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, storing, rotating, and labeling ingredients and supplies.
• Help maintain equipment, tools, and kitchen areas in proper working condition.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications
