Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders with consistent quality and set up stations for service.
• Start items prepared ahead of time without over-preparing.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, mixer, oven, and grill.
• Rotate perishables and check stock; manage waste and cost control per policies.
