Job summary

Rancho Valencia Resort is looking for a dedicated Cafeteria Cook to prepare and serve meals while maintaining high-quality standards in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have culinary experience, be flexible, and perform various cooking tasks. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and chef to ensure an efficient and productive working environment.

A high school diploma and a food handlers card are mandatory, along with a commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years cooking experience in fine dining or 2-3 years in international and regional cooking.
• Must have current San Diego County food handlers card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Work with the chef in prepping food items.
