IHG is seeking a Cafeteria Attendant to ensure guests start their day with a clean, welcoming breakfast and lunch area, and to maintain fresh, attractively displayed items. The role combines food preparation, guest service, and area maintenance.

Key duties include food preparation and setup, greeting colleagues, keeping tables and counters clean, monitoring stock, and closing duties with proper sanitation and waste disposal.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; some food preparation experience preferred.

• Inventory & supplies: Monitor food and beverage stock, restock supplies, and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Closing duties: Clean and sanitize the cafeteria area after service, store leftover food properly, and dispose of waste according to hotel policy.
