Food preparation & setup: Arrange and replenish food items for breakfast & lunch to ensure all items are fresh and attractively displayed.
Guest service: Greet colleagues warmly, answer any food-related questions, and assist with needs.
Cleanliness & safety: Keep tables, counters, and equipment clean; follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
Inventory & supplies: Monitor food and beverage stock, restock supplies, and report shortages or equipment issues.
Closing duties: Clean and sanitize the cafeteria area after service, store leftover food properly, and dispose of waste according to hotel policy.
Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills; some food preparation experience preferred.
Lifting/carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Standing and moving about the kitchen/cafeteria.
Handling food, objects, and utensils.
Bending, stooping, and kneeling as needed.
