As a Team Leader, you will supervise shifts, coach employees, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are commonly required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Food handler certification.
• Flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing team members.
• Collaborate with management on scheduling and coverage.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
