Responsibilities

• Lead the café team and develop knowledge to create a welcoming customer environment.

• Identify and connect data to impact sales, trends, waste, inventory and other café components.
• Model strong behaviors, coach staff, and ensure reliable attendance and flexible scheduling.
• Attend to café safety, hygiene and loss prevention procedures while maintaining high service standards.
