You will collaborate with the Store Manager to implement café action plans and improve sales, waste, inventory, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Master barista skills for drink making and beverage presentation; coach others in effective service.
• Maintain counter and floor retail fixtures through strong visual merchandising.
• Operate a fast, efficient register; coach others on ordering speed and accuracy.
• Support bookselling team when available to assist customers and maximize sales.
• Coach and enforce loss prevention procedures; maintain a safe, secure store.
• Assist in inventory management and food/beverage orders; monitor waste and stock levels.
• Complete monthly inventory and waste logs accurately and on time.
