Job summary

Colectivo Coffee Roasters in Milwaukee is seeking a Café Shift Leader to provide leadership and ensure an exceptional guest experience under the Café Manager. The role involves delivering financial results, maintaining SOPs, and training staff for high performance.

Qualified candidates will have a business-related degree, hospitality or supervisory experience, and strong POS/computer skills. Evening/weekend/holiday availability and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• College degree in a business-related field.
• 6 months hospitality or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with POS and business computer systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver café’s positive financial results in accordance to budget.
• Develop and maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement that adheres to SOPs.
• Train and develop co-workers for the responsibilities of their jobs.
• Delegate specific responsibilities using Café Functional Architecture Model to ensure great customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a positive and lively tone for customers and co-workers.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
