Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a busy coffeehouse, ensuring every cup meets quality standards and every guest leaves satisfied. You will guide a small team, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer requests, and manage shift operations with a focus on service and safety.

The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, effective communication, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and/or coordinate 2+ employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate the work of 2+ employees to run smooth shifts.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, safety, and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
