Candidates should be gregarious, reliable, and passionate about great coffee, with 1+ year in coffee or hospitality preferred. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. Training provided, with growth opportunities across our Buzz Life.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates.
• Our baristas have the opportunity to learn the entirety of our business: Cashier - POS; Expo - Inside & Outside Order Taking; Drive-Thru (if drive-thru); Third-Party Delivery & Online Orders; Back of House - Cooking & Prepping
