Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon's southern coast seeks a Supervisor in Timbers Café to lead the café team, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and upholding service standards during shifts. You will guide operations, step in to assist during busy times, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

You will also assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and cost control while maintaining safety and sanitation and mentoring staff to grow and shine.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in commercial kitchen or casino/hotel setting.
• Minimum one year of progressive management experience.
• Must be 18+ and OLCC permit or ability to obtain.
• ServeSafe certification required or must obtain within 90 days.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead café team during shifts and uphold service standards.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and discipline.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, breaks, and coverage.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Address guest concerns with care and courtesy.
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost control for the café.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
