Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks a friendly hospitality team member to deliver attentive service across dining and gaming areas. You will welcome guests, guide menu choices, and ensure smooth service with teammates while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires at least some food and beverage experience, 21+ age, and the ability to obtain an OLCC permit and a food handlers card. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Previous food and/or beverage experience required.
• GED or HS Diploma preferred.
• Must obtain OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
• Excellent guest service abilities and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and attentive service that makes guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
• Welcome guests and provide professional service throughout their visit.
• Guide guests through menu options and deliver items with polished tray service.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and friendliness in the space; report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with team; assist with opening/closing side work and other duties as assigned.
