Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort’s Timbers Café seeks friendly hospitality professionals to join a guest-focused team on Oregon’s southern coast. You will take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages, and keep the dining area welcoming and clean while delivering outstanding service.

Applicants should have 1 year of customer service experience, cash handling skills, and a valid food handler’s card. OLCC permit knowledge is required; 18+ and team-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
• 1 year cash handling and cash register experience preferred.
• Must retain a valid food handler's card.
• Must have valid OLCC service permit and working knowledge of OLCC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide attentive service.
• Take and enter orders quickly into the POS system and handle payments.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the café and dining areas.
• Share knowledge of the menu to guide guest choices.
• Support with bussing and restocking when needed.
• Ensure high standards of presentation and quality for all items.
