Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort on Oregon's southern coast seeks a Front Desk and Door Greeter Supervisor to lead a warm, guest-focused operations culture in support of the Front Office Manager.

You'll delegate daily tasks, oversee workflow, manage schedules, train staff, and ensure accurate guest information, room availability, and safety protocols while delivering exceptional hospitality during peak times.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Front desk and reservations training or previous experience preferred.
• Computer experience essential, including Windows applications; Micros Property Management software.
• Good organization and administration skills.
• Oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Able to work without supervision, to organize and track multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful and consistent daily operations of the Hotel Front Desk and Door Greeters by leading a warm, welcoming, and guest-focused department culture in support of the Front Office Manager.
• Directs workflow and oversees day-to-day operational needs with a calm, guest-focused approach.
• Resolves guest concerns with warmth and professionalism or elevates them to hotel leadership when appropriate.
• Assists in ongoing training, development, and coaching of Front Desk and Door Greeter staff.
• Creates and manages weekly departmental schedules for Front Desk and Door Greeter team members with fairness and operational awareness.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
