Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate workflows
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, store safety and security
