The role requires 2+ years in a customer-service leadership role, US work authorization, and a Barista accreditation. Weekend availability is valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service leadership role in hospitality, coffee, or beverage.
• 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify.
• Comprehensive Barista accreditation and training program.
• Availability: full-time 30-40 hours/week, 2 peak days (Fri–Sun).
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee and matcha beverages.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to customers.
• Support GM and train new teammates on recipes and processes.
• Open and close store following checklists.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.
