Job summary

South LA Cafe is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a team during daily service across multiple South LA locations. You will supervise shift execution, coach staff, and ensure hospitality and product quality.

Role requires reliable availability, ability to work at various sites, and at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in food or beverage. Training is provided, with progression within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift execution and guide the team during service.
• Ensure smooth service flow and proper shift checklists are completed.
• Handle cash procedures, inventory checks, and safety incidents as needed.
• Coach team on hospitality, quality, and service standards with timely feedback.
• Communicate issues to Store Lead and assist with staffing needs.
